We perform all levels of financial statement services including preparations, compilations and reviews. The financial statements are performed in accordance with all current professional standards including Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) and Statements on Standards for Accounting and Review Services (SSARS). Financial statements can be prepared on any basis of accounting including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) as well as the income tax basis and cash basis of accounting.

Our accounting practice is subject to the American Institute of Certified Public Accountant’s (AICPA) Peer Review Program. As part of that program our systems of Quality Control are tested to ensure that our services are performed in accordance with current professional standards. Additionally one of our partners is a Peer Reviewer for the AICPA and regularly performs reviews for a number of other accounting firms.

One of our partners, Doug Smith, is an active business appraiser and has held the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) designation awarded by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA) since 1997.
